1. All contestants should register by sending their personal information such as name, age, contact numbers, email address and postal address and send them to inquiry.tlp@gmail.com. Any interested contestant may also register from 2:00 - 4:00 pm at the Capitol Grounds. They may also contact the following coordinators:

2. All contestants should join the parade from Capitol - Fuente - Capitol. Failure to comply will be an automatic ground for disqualification

3. All contestant should integrate a campaign message into their costume related to the theme: BE PROUD! STOP DISCRIMINATION NOW! Messages could be written on the costumes itself, fan, wings, placards, etc.  

4. All contestants should be 18 years old and above and a member of the LGBT community. Open to all gays, lesbians, bisexuals and transgenders.
